Also Recognized as 1 of Top 3 in Houston and Austin

CourtroomLogic Consulting, LLC, is honored to be selected by the readers of Texas Lawyer as one of Texas’ Best Jury Consultants in the publication’s annual survey of businesses serving the legal community.

CourtroomLogic was named the Best Jury Consultant in Dallas and was named one of the top three in Houston, Austin and San Antonio. This is the eighth year CourtroomLogic has been named one of the state’s Best Jury Consultants in the Texas Lawyer survey.

“We are humbled to have been voted the Best Jury Consultant in Dallas, and as one of the top three in Houston, Austin and San Antonio,” says Kacy Miller, President of CourtroomLogic. “We’ve worked our tail off over the years, and it’s a fantastic feeling to not just receive the accolade, but to know that our clients, peers, and colleagues in the legal industry deemed us worthy of such recognition.”

CourtroomLogic provides a full array of litigation consulting, from theme development in early discovery, witness preparation for deposition or trial testimony, mock jury research, and focus groups, to jury selection, trial observation, and post-trial jury interviews.

Ms. Miller has collaborated with law firms, lawyers and companies in a variety of industries for more than 20 years, and has worked in the field of social sciences for almost three decades. She has debriefed thousands of jurors and provided strategic pretrial and trial consulting services in high-stakes litigation involving Fortune 100 and 500 companies, mid-size organizations and entrepreneurial ventures.

She began her career in litigation consulting working with Dr. Phillip C. McGraw (“Dr. Phil”) in Dallas. After spending several years as an in-house litigation consultant at one of Texas’ largest law firms, she launched CourtroomLogic Consulting in 2005. Ms. Miller’s “Persuasion Matters” blog, which provides trial and communication strategies for litigators, is regularly lauded by the State Bar’s Texas Bar Today, and she is an in-demand speaker at bar and legal conferences.
